Une visite pr\u00e9paratoire sur le site avait permis de constater que la manipulation d&rsquo;un moteur de 45 tonnes serait d\u00e9licate. Nous avons donc effectu\u00e9 le v\u00e9rinage et le ripage d&rsquo;un moteur dans les conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires et adapt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Technique de d\u00e9placement au sol<\/h3>\n<p>Le v\u00e9rinage et le ripage sont tr\u00e8s vite apparus comme les techniques ad\u00e9quates pour mener \u00e0 bien cette mission de pr\u00e9cision. Le plan par \u00e9tapes a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 minutieusement\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Levage du moteur dans le hall de production<\/li>\n<li>Transport sur le site<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9chargement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9rinage<\/li>\n<li>Ripage jusque dans le local d&rsquo;essai<\/li>\n<li>Descente du moteur dans le puits d&rsquo;essai\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Un travail millim\u00e9tr\u00e9 pour le v\u00e9rinage<\/h3>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une parfaite pr\u00e9paration, \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes professionnels et \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe bien huil\u00e9e, le moteur a pu \u00eatre plac\u00e9 dans le puits au millim\u00e8tre pr\u00e8s.
