Bij Lifthing werken we met een uitgebreid assortiment standaard hijsmiddelen zoals heftrucks, hoogwerkers en riggingmateriaal, die essentieel zijn voor onze dagelijkse activiteiten. Sommige projecten vereisen echter geavanceerder en gespecialiseerd materieel om uitzonderlijk zware, complexe of gevoelige lasten met maximale precisie te verplaatsen.
In dit onderdeel tonen we ons speciaal materieel – hoog performante machines die ontworpen zijn om unieke hef- en transportuitdagingen aan te pakken waarvoor traditionele oplossingen niet volstaan. PICK & CARRY KRANEN
Pick and carry-kranen zijn hijsmachines die ontworpen zijn om zware lasten op te nemen en vervolgens te verplaatsen – vandaar de naam “pick and carry”. In tegenstelling tot statische kranen kunnen deze machines rijden met de last, wat ze ideaal maakt voor omgevingen met beperkte ruimte waar wendbaarheid cruciaal is. Ze worden voornamelijk ingezet in industriële omgevingen, productiehallen en andere locaties waar weinig ruimte beschikbaar is maar zware lasten verplaatst moeten worden. Al onze pick and carry-kranen zijn uitgerust met een lier, jib en vorkenbord, waardoor we lasten zowel kunnen hijsen als optillen afhankelijk van de situatie of het type object.

Deze compacte elektrische pick and carry-kraan heeft een maximaal hefvermogen van 16 ton. Dankzij zijn kleine voetafdruk en wendbaar ontwerp presteert hij uitzonderlijk goed in nauwe gangpaden, productiehallen of tussen machines. Hij garandeert nauwkeurige lastbehandeling zonder in te boeten aan hefkracht of veiligheid.
Met een maximaal hefvermogen van 27 ton is deze elektrische krachtpatser ontworpen voor zware industriële toepassingen. Hij biedt uitzonderlijke stabiliteit, veelzijdigheid en controle bij het verplaatsen van grote of dichte lasten, en is een betrouwbare keuze voor complexe indoor hijsoperaties.
Deze 100% elektrische pick and carry-kraan combineert emissievrije prestaties met indrukwekkende hefkracht. Met een capaciteit tot 30 ton is hij ideaal voor gebruik binnenshuis in omgevingen zoals fabrieken en werkplaatsen, waar zowel precisie als kracht vereist zijn.
Deze zware elektrische pick and carry-kraan is ontworpen voor de meest veeleisende indoor hijsoperaties. Hij kan worden ingezet in een vereenvoudigde configuratie als 60-tons kraan, of met volledige ballast voor hijswerken tot 100 ton. Ondanks zijn capaciteit biedt hij uitstekende controle en veiligheid in beperkte industriële ruimtes.

SPMT - Zelfrijdende Modulaire Transporter
Ons modulaire SPMT-systeem maakt het mogelijk om lasten tot 200 ton uiterst nauwkeurig te verplaatsen. Het wordt hybride aangedreven, is in alle richtingen bestuurbaar en kan worden aangepast aan verschillende vormen en afmetingen. Het systeem wordt altijd bediend door ons ervaren riggingteam om veilige en efficiënte uitvoering te garanderen.
JACKING & SKIDDING
Ons jacking & skidding-systeem maakt gecontroleerde beweging van lasten tot 400 ton mogelijk, zowel verticaal als horizontaal. Afhankelijk van de toepassing worden verschillende types hydraulische vijzels ingezet, allemaal aangedreven door een centrale powerpack. Dit systeem biedt een veilige en flexibele oplossing voor complexe positioneringswerken.
HYDRAULISCHE PORTIEK (Hydraulic Gantry)
Ons hydraulische portieksysteem kan lasten tot 500 ton heffen met behulp van vier gesynchroniseerde kolommen. Het biedt zowel verticale beweging als horizontale verplaatsing via skidbanen en aangedreven zijdelingse verstelling. Aangestuurd door Intelli-Lift-technologie garandeert dit hybride systeem maximale precisie, veiligheid en flexibiliteit.
